Can I bring my own food & drink?
Yes! Absolutely! This REtreat is an opportunity for you to treat yourself in whichever way feels great for you!
Delicious meals and snacks will be served to us throughout the REtreat but feel free to bring any extras with you.
Alcohol isn't included in the price and will not be served as part of the REtreat but again, feel free to bring your own with you.
Can I have my own Bell Tent?
Not on this occasion.
The bell tents are based on a minimum of two sharing, maximum of four.
If you would like to glamp with someone you know, book together OR let me know via email and I'll ensure you're together for the weekend.
Can I smoke?
Yes, there will be a designated smoking area.
How will the 121 coaching sessions work?
I will have capacity to offer x6 121 coaching sessions over the weekend. These will be offered on a first come, first served basis - i.e. the first six people to book will be offered this option.
The remaining REtreat guests will also be offered a coaching session but these will be delivered remotely via zoom after the event.
Is the weekend suitable for children?
Not on this occasion.

This is a women's REtreat and guests are required to be 16 years of age+
Are dogs welcome?
